Q: Are the presentation materials included in the cost of registration?
A: Yes.
Q: Will the presentation materials be available online as well as in hard copy?
A: Yes; however, only registered Symposium/Training Day attendees will be able to download the presentation materials.
Q: Does the host hotel offer a special rate for Symposium attendees?
A: Yes, the Omni Hotel offers a special rate of $149 per night, excluding taxes and fees, if you reserve a room before February 9, 2008. To help ensure that you receive the discounted price, please remember to inform them when you make your reservation that you are attending the Hotsos Symposium.
Q: Are meals included in the cost of registration?
A: Beginning on Monday the 3rd, the following exceptional Omni meals and intermissions will be provided each day of the conference at no additional charge:
- Continental Breakfast
- Buffet-style luncheon
- Mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack/beverage breaks
- Additionally, we will provide dinner at the Tuesday evening Special Event
