Virtual Symposium

Virtual Symposium registration includes:

  • Access to all conference sessions via internet connection, Monday through Wednesday
  • Presentation materials, online and available for download
  • Online conference proceedings
  • Access link will be emailed to registered attendees prior to the event

Pricing

The price for virtual Symposium is as follows:

  • $795, when registering before September 30, 2013
  • $895, when registering between October 1, 2013 and December 31, 2013
  • $1050, when registering between January 1, 2014 and February 7, 2014
  • $1195, when registering on or after February 8, 2014

The price for the optional virtual Training Day is $400.

In order to take advantage of these discounts, please register and pay prior to the deadlines listed above.

Registration Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if cancelled on or before December 31, 2013
  • 50% refund if cancelled between January 1, 2014 and February 7, 2014
  • Cancellations submitted February 8, 2014 and after will not be refunded.
