Biography
Paul has over 19 years of IT experience as a software developer and Oracle Database Administrator. As a Performance Specialist at Hotsos, Paul focuses on improving performance and stability of Oracle Applications installations. He is the vice-president of the OAUG EBS Applications Technology SIG. He is an Oracle Ace and co-author of Oracle Applications DBA Field Guide and Oracle R12 Applications DBA Field Guide. This presentation will include an overview of Database Performance Tuning steps required to identify and resolve common problems.
