Fees
Onsite Symposium Attendance
Symposium registration includes:
- Access to all conference sessions, Monday through Wednesday
- Presentation materials, online and available for download
- Conference proceedings
- Welcome bag at time of registration
- Daily Continental breakfast and full buffet lunch from Monday through Wednesday
- Symposium Tuesday night celebration and dinner
Virtual Symposium Attendance
Virtual symposium attendance includes:
- Access to all conference sessions via internet connection, Monday through Wednesday
- Presentation materials, online and available for download
- Recorded presentations available for later replay
- Access link provided prior to the event

The prices for Symposium and Training Day are as follows:

***New this year, you can register your companion for an additional $400, which allows your companion to join you for breakfast/lunch and the party.
In order to take advantage of these discounts, please register and pay prior to the deadlines listed above.
Registration Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if cancelled on or before December 31, 2012
- 50% refund if cancelled between January 1, 2013 and February 11, 2013
- Cancellations submitted February 11, 2013 and after will not be refunded.
