Abstract

Ask five people who witnessed the same event about that event, and you'll undoubtedly get five different stories. Ask five DBA's about their database, and you'll undoubtedly get ten different stories (or more).

We'll look at how what we know drives what we look for - and how that can seriously sidetrack us in our day to day jobs.
