Q: How is Hotsos Symposium different from standard Hotsos courses?

Q: Will presentation materials be available online as well as in hardcopy?
A: Presentation materials will be available by download to registered Symposium/Training Day attendees only. Hard copies will not be provided.
Q: Does the host hotel offer a special rate for Symposium attendees?
A: Yes, the Omni Hotel offers a special rate per night, excluding taxes and fees. To help ensure that you receive the discounted price, please remember to inform them when you make your reservation that you are attending the Hotsos Symposium.
Q: Are meals included in the cost of registration?
A: Beginning on Monday the 7th, the following exceptional Omni meals and intermissions will be provided each day of the conference at no additional charge:
- Continental Breakfast
- Buffet-style luncheon
- Additionally, we will provide dinner at the Tuesday evening Special Event
Q: Are there provisions for special dietary needs?
A: Yes, we make every effort to accommodate our attendees. When filling out the online registration form, please complete the section regarding any special needs, dietary or otherwise.
Q: Will there be a silent auction for charity again this year?
A: We certainly hope so! We haven't decided which charity we will support for 2012 so if you have ideas, please submit them to symposium@hotsos.com
