Special Interest Groups (SIG) Schedule

Rhonda and WolfgangThe schedule for the Special Interest Groups is:

  • OAUG DB SIG will meet from 1:00 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. The topic for the OAUG DB SIG is Tips and Tricks of Upgrading an E-Business Suite 11i Application Database Version from 10g R2 to 11g R2 (11.2.0.2) Version. This will be a technical presentation for Oracle Apps DBA's or Oracle DBA's supporting E-Business Suite Application.

  • Hotsos SIG will meet from 3:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. This year, our presentation title is "Performance Is for the Birds". We will show you how one of our customers was able to reduce performance bottlenecks on their Oracle E-business system. Since we would also like to expand this technology to non-EBS systems, we will conduct a requirements discussion where you get to provide input. Ric Van Dyke will also give a short update on our Education classes.
