Fees
Symposium
Symposium registration includes:
- Access to all conference sessions, Monday through Wednesday
- Presentation materials, online and available for download
- Conference proceedings
- Sunday evening Welcome Reception during registration, which includes appetizers
- Welcome bag at time of registration
- Daily Continental breakfast, mid-morning/afternoon snacks and full buffet lunch from Monday through Wednesday
- Symposium Tuesday night celebration and dinner
Pricing
- $1150, if registering on or before January 2, 2009
- $1395, if registering on or before February 13, 2009
- $1495, if registering after February 13, 2009
Optional Training Day
- $500
Registration Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if cancelled on or before January 2, 2009
- 50% refund if cancelled between January 3, 2009 and February 13, 2009
- Cancellations submitted February 13, 2009 and after will not be refunded.
