Presentation Title
Skew and Latency: The Silent Killers
Abstract
The insidious nature of both skew and latency is the root cause of the vast majority of performance problems. A bit like carbon monoxide, they are both very bad for your performance and often go undetected. This talk focuses on the prevalence of both skew and latency in an Oracle environment, in broad IT terms, and in life in general.
