Hotsos provides two forms of online technical support:
- Discussion Groups
Have a question about Hotsos products or services? Chances are good that your question has already been answered. Hotsos discussion groups are your gateway for asking product usage questions, proposing new features, and inquiring about anything Hotsos.
- Open a Case
To report a bug, request a new feature, or inquire privately about Hotsos products or services, simply send us an e-mail. Our tracking system will automatically convert your message into a new case.
Hotsos Maintenance Agreements
No Maintenance Agreement
If you are a Hotsos product customer, but you do not have a current paid maintenance agreement, you have the following privileges:
Access to bug fixes for the release that you've purchased; that is, you can download new .z releases in our x.y.z release labeling scheme.
Unlimited access to Hotsos discussion groups.
Unlimited access to our e-mail support system.
If you are a Hotsos product customer with a current paid maintenance agreement, then you get everything in the above list plus the following:
Access to all new releases of the software you've purchased (even new x.y and new x releases)
Unlimited use of Hotsos telephone technical support.
